Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating a workspace or signing in, you agree to these terms. If you're using MBC Virtual Office on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. Account & workspace
You're responsible for the activity of accounts authorised in your workspace. Keep credentials secure; tell us if you suspect compromise. The workspace owner controls billing, membership, and admin settings.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use MBC Virtual Office to violate the law, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, harass other users, or attempt to circumvent our security controls. We may suspend a workspace that does.
4. Subscription & billing
Paid plans bill monthly through Stripe. You can change plan or cancel anytime through the Stripe customer portal. Refunds for partial periods are handled per Stripe's proration policy. Failure to pay may result in suspension.
5. Data & deletion
Workspace data belongs to your organisation. We process it as a data processor; see /privacy for details. On account closure we delete workspace data within 90 days unless you request immediate deletion.
6. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not yet publish an SLA. The product is provided “as is”; we're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or downtime beyond what applicable law mandates.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
