  • Is there a free plan?

    Starter is free forever (up to 5 members, the core spatial office, chat, whiteboards), no credit card. Team and Business add premium features and start with a 7-day trial, then $10 or $20 per member/month.

  • How do I sign up?

    Click Start free, sign in with Google, name your workspace, and you're in. No card needed for Starter.

  • How is billing handled?

    Stripe Checkout handles every paid subscription. Cancel, change plan, or pull invoices any time through Stripe's self-serve customer portal.

  • Can I switch between plans?

    Yes. Plan changes take effect immediately. Stripe prorates the difference. Downgrading below your current member count blocks new invites until you remove members.

  • Do you support SSO?

    Google sign-in is available on every plan. Microsoft / Azure AD and SAML SSO are on the roadmap for the Business plan.

  • How do recordings work?

    On Team and Business, click Record in any room to save a local video file to your device. Cloud recordings stored in your workspace (downloadable by your team) are on the roadmap.

  • What about security?

    Per-tenant Postgres row-level security and a full admin audit log today. Opt-in calendar integration and CSP-restricted embeds are on the roadmap. We are working toward SOC 2; see /security for the current posture.

  • Can I invite people who don't have an account?

    Team and Business include shareable guest links for one-off meetings. Guests join with a display name, no account required, and only see the room you shared with them.

  • Is there a mobile app?

    The web app works on phones (iOS Safari, Android Chrome) with a touch joystick, mic, camera, and read-only whiteboard. A native app is on the roadmap; PWA isn't set up yet.

  • How is this different from Zoom or Slack?

    Zoom is meetings; Slack is messaging. The office is the persistent middle: bumping into teammates, jumping into a room without scheduling, sketching on a whiteboard, then walking back to your desk. Closer to Kumospace or Gather, built on open infrastructure.

  • Can I self-host?

    Not yet. We run on Vercel + Supabase + LiveKit Cloud today. The codebase is structured to make self-host viable; reach out if it would unblock a procurement.

  • How do I delete my workspace?

    Owners can request deletion via support today. We're building a self-serve "Delete workspace" flow under settings. Until that ships, we honour deletion requests within 7 days.
